WELCOME

The Pastor and members of Resurrection Lutheran Church welcome you to worship! We pray that your experience with us will be one of joy and spiritual growth. We would be happy to assist you in any way possible. Please let us know how we can be of service to you.

OUR BELIEFS

We believe that there is only One God; Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (Triune).

We believe that the Bible is the Inerrant, Inspired Word of God and is the only Source and Norm for our Faith and Belief.

We believe that Jesus Christ is the only Savior of the World and no one can go to the Father except through Him.

We believe that there are only Two Sacraments, Baptism and the Lord's Supper.

OUR MISSION

Resurrection Lutheran Church exists for the express purpose of BRINGING men, women, and children into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, BUILDING men, women, and children up in the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and SENDING men, women, and children out as witnesses to Jesus Christ.

WORSHIP

Worship Services - 10:00am every Sunday unless prohibited by inclement weather. 

BIBLE STUDY

Adult Bible Class - 8:30am - downstairs in our Fellowship Hall. Join us for coffee, donuts, and most importantly, fellowship in The Word. 

Children's Sunday School - 8:30 am

WHAT TO EXPECT

We are people made up of young and older, singles and families, some in military and some not, all from different backgrounds of Colorado Springs. Resurrection wants you to feel like you are part of a family when you come into the church.

    • Each service is about 60 minutes in length
    • Ours is a traditional service
    • There are readings from the Old and New Testament
    • We have a cry room for parents with newborns or toddlers where you can watch and listen to the service
    • We partake in the sacrament of the Lord’s Supper each weekend (communion)
    • Please wear what feels comfortable! While some put on their “Sunday best” others wear jeans and tennis shoes
